Newbie with refill questions for health e-cigarette (cheap m401?)

Hi new vapor been looking around for awhile. I ordered a Blu starter kit but with such a long wait I ordered a health e-cigarette I'm really not getting a good vapor or throat hit I got the menthol in 24mg. I also bought a bottle of e juice 10ml I was wondering how to refill the cartridges again and what dripping was? I also was wondering if maybe I should trya 510 manual starter kit in the mean time if I would get a better vapor and throat hit. I also plan on trying the cash menthol. I smoked 1 -2 packs of usa gold menthol per day. Sorry for rambling with all the questions

Many long time members left auto switch PV's behind a long time ago and only use manual switch PV's. Along with the 510 I would check out the Screwdriver, Prodigy, GG and Janty Stick. Long battery life (6-8 hours) cheap batteries ($2) and the most consistent throat hits of any PV's on the market.

I use a RN4081, which is kinda like the m401 (just slightly larger). Vapor production and throat hit mostly relies on the kind of juice you use IMO. I would definitely use a juice of your preference, and I find that when the juice is cut 50/50 with Pharmaceutical Grade Glycerine, it produces a much thicker vapor...plus will stretch out your juice supply. It also does not really diminish the throat hit of the purchased juice.

If you choose to use this method, it's best to use either a 24mg or 36mg Nicotine strength juice because cutting with Glycerine of course will reduce the strength, but it's really to preference based on your needs.

Also for automatic PV's (Personal Vaporizers) it's best to refill your carts versus dripping. Dripping can give you a much stronger throat hit, but if not careful, the juice can leak into the battery and kill it or flood your atty. I found though there are many posts here at ECF that can help with dripping though if interested.
