i saw the comment. i have an ego-t battery that works perfect the clearo but that battery dont let me pull

Saw the video. Welcome to the forums. Thats strange its not working out of the box. Do you have another juice tank to try ? an extra battery ? Maybe its not making a connection between the tank and the battery ? I've read on these forums that sometimes the little round "connection post" on the at the end of the battery will be pushed down too far and same have said that you can get needle nose to pull it up a tad. I wish I was there to help.

Anyone else ?

try pulling your post, thats the only reason it wont fire that comes to mind.
