Egocig92, there are various ways that you can taper. Getting to 3--5 per day is great. You can continue to taper, or try to avoid smoking as long as you can, first thing in the morning. My a.m. cigarette was the hardest go give up, so I eliminated it first. Could also keep a tank with some higher strength nicotine in a flavor you like for really stressful, want to smoke moments, and try holding out as long as you can, you may find you can go longer and longer. Also, don't make it easy for yourself-- store your cigarettes in your car, your mailbox, somewhere you have to go retrieve them and vape yourself silly first. Over time those last few cigarettes should get less appealing.
