newby juice questions pg vg

Hello all! I am several weeks into vaping and working on day 5 without an analog. I have an Inno cartomizer that uses 70/30 pg/VG @ 18 NIC. This was given to me for crushing a pack of smokes . I really like it. I bought a Guardian 3 (LOVE IT) the shop said to use max vg in it 30/70 or higher @ 9 NIC. This is working great. My question is can I use 70/30 in it and what will that effect. It has the TFV4 mini tank with the original coil

Welcome. Just put a small bit in and try it. Probably a little harsh, might wick weird and get a burnt taste at higher power. Let us know

Thanks for the quick reply. I am currently running it at 25 Watts on normal. It is 0.36 ohms at 3.03 v. I am getting a good cloud and nice flavor. Don't really care about clouds (too old for that stuff LoL) more concerned about flavor and nicotine.

There are boundaries with e-liquid. More VG is most common these days and most sub-ohm tanks will work best with thicker liquid, maybe 70% or more.

9mg at 25 watts is quite powerful (you could consider that 18mg at 12.5 watts) but staying off those smokes is more important than quibbling over a few mgs.

I used 18mg at about 7 or 8 watts, then 12mg at about 12-14 watts.
These days, I am down to 4 to 6mg trying to stay under about 20w.
