My step-up from my Vision Spinner was the iTaste v3 vv/vw mAh 800 pass-through. I then went on to get the innokin MVP 2 pass-through capable mod 2600mAh. They are amazing. I listed both because of their shape. Both have the same features:

  • Battery Level Indicator

  • battery- polymer Li-Ion rechargeable battery

  • 510 and eGo threaded, compatible with 510 and eGo threaded attachments (Thread fits iClear10, iClear16, iClear30, CE4, CE5, eGo, T4, T3, MT3, EVOD, VIVI NOVA, DCT's, 510, etc)

  • Can be used as Pass-through while device is charging

  • Remembers last set voltage

  • Ohmmeter: Reads resistance of your atomizer/cartomizer/clearomizer

  • Puff Counter to show how many puffs you have taken since the last time power was turned off

I stepped up as well from a spinner to a MVP2. Battery life is amazing and it is very well put together!

Not to mention it is only $40! Innokin iTaste MVP V2.0 - 101 Vape

Don't let the pictures fool you either, it is really smaller than it looks (stands 1/4 inch shorter than a 1300 spinner!). I can almost hide it in my hand and it is very comfortable to use. I have a mini PT2 attached at the moment and it works great!

I second the itaste vv 3.0. It is an amazing battery. I ordered one and then immediately ordered a second one. I haven't tried the MVP 2.0, but it appears to have the exact same functionality as the itaste vv 3.0 in a box mod configuration.

It has a 2600 mah hour battery compared to an 800 mah battery which means it will last a little over 3 times the length of the itaste VV 3.0.

I love the smaller form factor and battery life is not as an issue for me since it will work in passthrough mode when charging.

Either way, you can't go wrong with either of these. The only hit I might have against either of these two batteries is that neither one of them has "user replaceable batteries" like some of the more expensive mechanical mods out there. But they are very reasonable so having to replace them when they no longer to hold a charge won't kill your wallet.

I wanna hook up a car battery and get 1000 watts of vaping power all at once.....for kicks...just for kicks..

I really wish the MVP 3 was out with a batt that could be replaced, id do a happy dance...well, a ham dance, but ...happier..

I keep posting this link, its helped me a lot ( how to make mini protank II coils and wick with cotton)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xrvwOf13U-s

I use CVS sterile cotton balls for wicks...a small amount of cotton - two dry rice grains worth - goes a very long way (you also trim off excess)...then just prime w/ juice, put tank back together...give a few draws on tank w/ no power..wait a few mins to let cotton wick..and BAM...better vapes.

cleaning is easy too, remove cotton, throw away, then rinse coil, dry burn, rinse again, dry burn one more time to really get any gunk off, then load it with more cotton, trim, prime, draw, fill..wait...vape.

protank II minis can work really well with this method, I have found

I really need to blog all these instructions at some point, I keep posting them over and over ha ha. Ok making blog entry now.
