AH, November! Time for falling leaves and hanging vapor clouds! Don't be a TURKEY, put it on your calendar and show up!
We're ready for a cool afternoon with all of our good vaping friends, and there will be great food, a drink (or two) and we'll all have some fun with the local VIPers!
PUT-N-TAKE BOX: It'll be back! Bring liquids you bought and didn't care for to put in. Want to try something in the box? Take it home! Love it? vape it up!! Didn't like it? Bring it back and throw it in for the next person to try! It's FREE!
RAFFLES! The 50/50 cash drawing tickets will be sold as usual (2 members split all monies collected from ticket sales totaled $305 last month so $150/$155 went to two lucky members each last month! Woot!) AND we'll have drawings for what ever our generous vendors and members donate (usually a mod or two and tanks, RBAs, liquids and other fun stuff!)
Members: Have something used or new you can donate? It doesn't have to be a vaping item! Make something cool as a hobby? Have a Gift card, company gift certificate, tickets to a venue you can't attend, a bottle of your own made DIY liquids with a recipe card attached or even that unwanted gift you've received that you're thinking about re-gifting? Perfect!
VIP MEMBER VENDORS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME TO ATTEND AND/OR SELL AT VIP MEETS, however space to sell from is limited due to space/seating considerations (3 per meet)!! Please contact Hellen/Vicky BEFORE the meet to confirm if we have an opening. Vendors must bring their own folding table (1) to use for display of your sales items. Pre-sales are encouraged (members order from your website, you bring orders to the meet) to cut down on the amount of stock you need to bring along. Questions? PM me!
NO CHILDREN AT OUR MEETS PLEASE. NO ONE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
