Not for nothing but your never gonna compete at $15 for a 5 pack of cartos $3 each is crazy when they can be purchased from China for a $1 each and are of high quality through EastMall, health cabin, Greenhouse1, and many others, you might want to think about your pricing strategy a bit here, not trying to kill your thread but your very very high on cartos my man and even quality Batts are cheaper at these places I mention as Riva kits cheaper @ 29.99 just telling it like it is.

Appreciate the feedback. Need to look Apples to Apples. Next Cig are Two Piece ecigs, one part is Lithium Battery and other part is Disposable Cartridge/Atomizer. The Riva's and others like them have a Battery, Atomizer and E juice Cartridge - 3 piece designs. Agree many people like these 3 piece designs, but there is also a large group of people (traditional smokers) who are more apt to purchase an ecig system that is as close to regular smoking - pull it out, use it, dispose of it, pull out a new one. When comparing true two piece designs such as Vapor King, Greensmoke, etc... Our prices are super sharp. If people want to purchase direct from Asian factories, they can get a good price, along with some risk. There are 100's of factories selling ecig products in China, predominantly in Guangdong but also from Zhejiang now. Not all factories are the same, not all provide safe and tested products. - although they say the do! Stick with the majors to be safe. Poor quality Lithium Batteries make nice fire starters. Low quality E Juice, who wants to inhale this stuff.

I do purchase factory direct, and make a reasonable/small margin. Some of the big guys make a REALLY good margin! Next Cig does not come from Joye Shenzhen, but I do know Joye is good factory. Kanger, Kexer, Kemeier, Dekang, Boge, Joye are all good factories. I have personally been to 4 ecig factories in the Guangdong area. Once one factory in China has a good product (ecig) 100's more will jump on board. I prefer to go with established factories with good client list. Yes smaller start ups will offer better pricing. Managers work at a larger factory for a while, then start their own business. Generally this is a good thing, should keep prices on a downward trajectory.

$19.99 for a battery? Holy ..... Are they gold?
Your site hits me as someone with no knowledge wanting to jump on the e-cig $$$ train.
At these prices you simply can't compete.

You don't list on the site. What are they? They look like Kr808d1's which you can get just about everywhere in the US for about half the price...
Too little info at a premium price.

Having visited the factories, care to elaborate on which Chinese factories produce unsafe, untested products?

Are the cartomisers soft or hard tip and have they been tested and proven to produce the 300 puffs you claim they do?

Good price point on the full kit...are the batteries automatic or manual?

Thanks

Appreciate the feedback. KR808D1 is a common type number sold by tons of factories. ECF has a lot of really knowledgable participants. Our product is targeted to a simple user who wants a no fuss ecig that you use as closely to a normal cigarette. There is a plethora of choices online, if there are better values, people can choose these options. I will edit my Title! Comparisons should be apples to apples, all components, free shipping, etc... We have spent months in the best factories who produce these items, we are highly competent with the products we sell.

I have visted 4 factories in the Guangdong area who supply large quantities to the USA, over 10000 kits and 100000 Cartomizers per month. My experience of living in China 5 years and purchasing products from China for 10 years leads me to dealing with established factories. Any product range comes with its own range of factories. Say there are 500 factories producing Cordless Drills, the upper end supply to the name brands (Dewalt, Black/Decker, Ryobi, etc...) and meet some level of standards (UL/CSA/ETL), the middle sells to house brands (Kobalt, Rigid, etc...) and meets standards, the low sells to anyone piece by piece and offer no certifications. Point being the low end will use non approved switches, wiring, batteries, chargers, etc... And these can cause fires or injuries to people in the worst case. Ecig is the same, the upper end factories have labs on site which test incoming parts to known standards such as ROHS, CE, SGS and FDA for ingrediants in the Juice. And they send out finished product to be independently tested (Intertek, SGS, etc...) to meet these standards. Lower tier factories will not provide certified testing documents and may not have in house testing.

Ours are Hard Tip, they are Not designed to be opened/refilled. Our experinece shows normal user gets up to 300 full inhales. This can be a very subjective area for ecigs, if a customer was not happy becuase they feel our units do not provide enough inhales, we will refund the purchase so they can shop elsewhere and find something that makes them happier.

The battery has an auto charge controller built in along with the USB charger and the battery comes from Desay China. We have all lived through laptop lithium batteries catching on fire. This problem was present in most all products the used early lithium batteries. There are 3 good people to purchase lithium batteries from in China - Desay, Toshiba and one other. Same idea here, go with what is proven and safe, not just what is the cheapest.
