I have visted 4 factories in the Guangdong area who supply large quantities to the USA, over 10000 kits and 100000 Cartomizers per month. My experience of living in China 5 years and purchasing products from China for 10 years leads me to dealing with established factories. Any product range comes with its own range of factories. Say there are 500 factories producing Cordless Drills, the upper end supply to the name brands (Dewalt, Black/Decker, Ryobi, etc...) and meet some level of standards (UL/CSA/ETL), the middle sells to house brands (Kobalt, Rigid, etc...) and meets standards, the low sells to anyone piece by piece and offer no certifications. Point being the low end will use non approved switches, wiring, batteries, chargers, etc... And these can cause fires or injuries to people in the worst case. Ecig is the same, the upper end factories have labs on site which test incoming parts to known standards such as ROHS, CE, SGS and FDA for ingrediants in the Juice. And they send out finished product to be independently tested (Intertek, SGS, etc...) to meet these standards. Lower tier factories will not provide certified testing documents and may not have in house testing.
Ours are Hard Tip, they are Not designed to be opened/refilled. Our experinece shows normal user gets up to 300 full inhales. This can be a very subjective area for ecigs, if a customer was not happy becuase they feel our units do not provide enough inhales, we will refund the purchase so they can shop elsewhere and find something that makes them happier.
The battery has an auto charge controller built in along with the USB charger and the battery comes from Desay China. We have all lived through laptop lithium batteries catching on fire. This problem was present in most all products the used early lithium batteries. There are 3 good people to purchase lithium batteries from in China - Desay, Toshiba and one other. Same idea here, go with what is proven and safe, not just what is the cheapest.
