I'd definitely recommend an Ego. It IS a 510, but it has a 8-10 hour battery life. As for great liquids, Tasty Vaper is pretty much the forum favorite, with Ms. T's Bakery running a close 2nd. I haven't tried Ms. T's yet, (don't ship to Canada), but I MADE arrangements to get T.V.'s liquid TO me after trying their Atomic Cinnacide. It's like vaping Big Red gum and it's AMAZING.

Hope that helps, welcome to the Forum congrats on kicking the analogs!!

Yes...Get the Tornado/Ego

As far as the bottle lasting...Most of us probably don't know because we have 125 bottles of different juices and dont use just one till its empty. But Im just guessing and say a 30ml bottle should last about 2 weeks or less...

Another thing I wish I knew...Dont buy one once bottles....buy the small sampler bottles from every body...Till you find the one or two that you like...Ive wasted a ton of money on juice that people review and I hate.

That's usually about right, BUT, I've managed to guzzle down an oz. in just over a week of A.C. Damn...I gotta slow down!!

I always recommend vapor4life's starter kits for new users. In my opinion, it is closest to smoking a real cigarette. Easy to use, great warrantee, always seeing improvements with hardware, and less work. My advice is if your trying to find what works for you, pick up two different PV types so you can figure out which one works for you best! Best of luck to you with switching to a safer alternative. Enjoy the ride! =)

was lookin at tasty vapors. How long will a 1oz bottle of e-juice last?

It all depends on how often you vape! Some people are hardcore vapors, other use sparingly. Some people like using different juices throughout the day, others stick to just a few, so many different factors come in to play when trying to determine how long it will last.

It lasts quite awhile in my opinion.

Best of luck to you!:)

The only problem with the ego is that at $25 a pop, it is not particularly cost effective to replace the batteries when they wear down. A 10440 (AAA size) or 14500 (AA size) mod will be much cheaper in the long run (batteries are only $3-$5 each), and about the same price (or cheaper) in the short run. For a frame of reference, compared to a standard battery, a 10440 will last about twice as long, an ego about 3.5 times as long, and a 14500 about five times as long.

  • Janty Stick/DSE808 - 10440 battery, can be charged via USB and used as a passthrough, $40-$75
  • Bartleby - 14500 battery, can be charged via USB and used as a passthrough, $50
  • Lazer - 10440 battery, only $35
  • Nautilus - 14500 battery, $67
  • VP1 - 10440 battery, $85 including batteries, charger and 801 attys and carts
  • VYPR - 14500 battery, $84 including batteries and charger

And those are just the ones off the top of my head. There are lots of choices out there. If you're willing to consider a larger mod (with even more battery capacity), there are more choices yet. The Indulgence is an excellent place to start, since it comes with connectors for the main four atty types, and it's pretty cheap. You can also use it with larger batteries, two batteries for 6V, or 5V as a USB passthrough with additional battery cups.
