In a bewildering turn of events the U.S. vaping industry is facing a mortal threat, resulting from a lost court case, in a legal battle it was not even a party to.

Thank for posting that. It's certainly interesting to hear an actual attorney's take on this, and Azim Chowdhury is an attorney who's been in the thick of this stuff for a number of years.

It was good to hear Azim say that the FDA could still appeal this decision even if he accepts their 10 month offer.

I watched the video through to the end. It's great that we still have advocates monitoring the saga of the FDA and vaping. It's sad that the FDA isn't worried more about teen smokers than teen vapers.

I have to wonder why the big deal is vaping and little of the public outcry is about teen smoking.
