NHaler carts with VK batteries?

I need to do this, I keep forgetting that I can't put GC carts onto my manual batts and every time I do, I think "what the H is wrong?? oh duh!" (exactly like when you accidentally hit the the numlock button on your keyboard.."what the H is going on???? oh duh!") anyhoo...I do have a dremel but I've really only used it a few times (other than for grinding my doggies' nails)... i'm a-skeered I may eff it up and damage the outer ring..not only of the battery, but possibly the whole stratosphere!! what type of dremel tip will work best?

The smallest diameter straight bit that you can find. I've got one that has the small shank (3/32") and is probably 1/16" in diameter. It would be perfect for this application. Do not use a rounded end bit or a cutoff wheel.

Wow all this notching and drilling... staple mod works like a champ for me on everything I've tried - I use mainly Greencig cartos - and I keep some regular KR cartoz around also. Just ordered and got some in fact.

I use them all on 901, KR, and VK batteries. (all auto though). One batt has no slot and 2 holes, all others have slots - one with 4 holes all others with 2.

all of them have a staple mod put into the battery rather than each cartomizer, that way I can slap on any carto I want and it simply works. on the 901 the draw is pretty 'thick' using a GC carto, but still works fine.

On sealed batteries I can see how this would be a pain cuz you'd have to use the staple mod on every friggin carto!!! lol
