Ni80 wire

Hi guys!
I am trying Nichrome wire for the first time and I was hoping to get some helpful tips from you guys. I am a long time kanthal builder so I have a general idea of the ohms. I ordered 24 gauge Ni80. What gauge kanthal has similar resistances to Ni80. I'll be using a 2.5mm screwdriver. Thanks for the help guys
