Oh, and BTW, I know you're not quite fully geared up for it yet, but at my favorite B&M hangout yesterday, I passed along your card to the buyer - a very cool and good guy. Told him he needed to give you a call and introduce himself and his shop. Also told him you're being selective and still putting things in place to expand the wholesale side.

Some orders have been missing the Zotz, some just have an empty wrapper and a note, and sometimes my Zotz has been smacked with a hammer, leaving little fizzy candy bits inside the envelope. They SWEAR up and down it isn't on purpose, but I've got my eye on them, they are a shifty bunch!

That explains why I got "fizzy candy bits" in my last 2 orders. I just figured they got smashed due to shipping. I just wonder how they knew I was old. hmmm

The only thing that outweighs the service provided by NT is the Jooose they deliver..

I gave 4 of 5 simply because I wish you gave us the ability to go with higher VG when ordering. Personally I prefer to use as little PG as possible, and like the smoother hits of VG, usually 80%, occasionally 65%.

I got my first order from you today and your processing/shipping was quick, product packaged well (almost too well as the bubble wrap bags had to be cut off the bottles), and taste is A++ great. I forgot that the B&M where I purchased my Atlantis told me to cut my nic in half with a .5 ohm setup and mistakenly purchased 12mg instead of 6mg; which means I have too much nic and the exhale is harsher than I like. But that's on me as I'm a bonehead!

Do you offer special blands of CLS, CB, and Beteljeuse in 80%VG?

They don't now but it's in the works so your dream may come true! Go to your pharmacy and look for VG there and cut your juices to give you more VG and less nic. Maybe 12mg wasn't such a bad thing after all...

Dilute Nic level by adding VG = dilute flavor... nah!

According to the email I received this AM, not "in the works":

Sorry, but no – there isn’t a way to change the VG levels. All of our liquid is pre-mixed at set ratios, pre-steeped, bottled, safety sealed in a clean room environment. We have made these changes for the safety of our customers and to hopefully survive the pending FDA regulations.

Orders arrive quickly and intact (the most important thing!). Love the little "thank you" notes on the order form. Haven't tried the Zotz - and mine seem to be in one piece, even tho I'm older than I once was

Kent and his team have been awesome, from addressing my concerns about some juice I ordered in a crazy fast manner (less than 24hrs) To crazy fast shipping even when I selected first class shipping. I love the Zotz, too. You guys rock!
