I hope pats doing ok

Hi, Buzz!
I left the water dripping through the night and the water is still staying in the pipes so far. I have the heater back on now.
I can't imagine working in an unheated building during this weather. Stay safe!

I thought that's how it read. Sellers in California won't be able to sell online. I think Californians will be able to order from outside. So it serves no purpose one way or the other.

The way I read it is that individuals in CA cannot have anything shipped to them (I assume including from a vendor inside CA). B&Ms with the proper licensing can still order through the mail/from outside the state, and individuals can then buy from B&Ms which will most likely be more heavily taxed than they already are. I didn't see anything about vendors in CA shipping out of the state.

The purpose is so that anybody buying vape gear can be ID'd during the purchase. I still don't see why they can't just make it a requirement for an adult signature upon delivery for mail order stuff, but judging from the video I posted yesterday parents are clueless enough to sign for anything.

This law in particular won't keep me from vaping, but it will put a huge damper on it, severely limit my access to mods, atties and juices, and make the cost savings of vaping completely moot (if not make it more expensive than smoking was). It's ok though, it's all being done in the name of saving the kids.

It's hard to say, how are they going to outlaw batteries when they have legitimate uses elsewhere like ummm flashlights? RC stuff? All I know is the law is lame and we'll find away around it. Some of the Reo guys were joking that Rob could just sell the Reo with a 510 light attachment as a Reo Flashlight with on board fire suppression (bottle) :D

Mod batteries, wire and I would think wick can't really be included because of the other uses. Mods, all-inclusive batteries (eGo, MVP, etc), atties and juice are all included, I believe.
