I got my evod glass topper at PV around $8...:D

And I'm okay. With K off work I'm pinching pennies like crazy...thank you though!

*nibbles some cheese and fruit of Pat's* Glad you are feeling better dearest!

I know the pinching pennies thing all too well. Since we have been off our normal schedule for about 10 days, a lot of checks have come in and our account is REALLY healthy right now. It is very deceiving since we will now hit the dry weeks with none or one little check coming in. Gotta be very frugal but I have let my supplies dwindle. I need coils and cartos and I order the cheap boge tanks as well. Still being careful but having a blast replenishing. I won't have to measure out each ml of juice now and I can put some of the not good juices back in the bag for lean times!

Thanks Pat and Glow. I have not been ignoring everyone on purpose. But with me still not having any luck in finding work, I figured I better make myself useful around the house. So I decided to rip our stairs up and rebuild them with a nice wood flooring to match the hardwood floors I laid downstairs last year. And I have already been told that they are looking so good, that I get to lay hardwood upstairs next . I knew DW would love the stairs and already planned on doing the rest of the house as well. I have been lurking, but just been to tired to post. So tonight I have taken a break for a few minutes, before I go and start with the first coat of stain for the steps.

Glow, I lost both of my parents to cancer. My father had passed last June. I get a pit in my gut whenever I hear someone with that curse (cancer), and I want to make sure I pray for the person as well as the family. They all need to be touched, as it does affect everyone connected with them so very much.

What a great guy you are, Mike!!
so much respect for you and I am convinced that the universe has something just perfect for you planned.
Be patient and trust.
He's got this.

No, I don't DI. But I'm comfortable with my builds and don't put anything in place without testing it out with a meter. If it's a clean build there should never be an issue. One thing I do is if I drop something the first thing I do is put a multimeter to it to make sure nothing got shorted before I fire it. I'm not comfortable telling someone to not use one not knowing what their skill level is.

Aye. Thats what I kind of thought. I'm so familiar with everything and how it all works I never saw the need.

So sorry for you losses. Yep, it does get us all, doesn't it? Richard's death (nephew) was devastating and it's effects were miraculous as well. My faith was totally shaken at first and then became so much stronger. Don't know why he was here for such a short time but he was a blessing from his conception til his death. I had "Thank you Lord for the gift that was Richard" put on his headstone as my contribution. Truly a gift. Miss him daily and he died in 1997. I chose not to have children so he and his brother are 'my boys'.

Anyway, thank you again for the prayers.

So very true. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't thank my mother and father for all that they instilled in me as I was growing up. In fact my dad was teaching me life lessons, even after his passing. I learned so very much of what he did for other people that I didn't even know about. He has inspired me more than he knew in life. I have the comfort of knowing that he knows now, and I can't wait until I get to see them both again. Soon enough :) , but I have more to accomplish first.

I AM your relative! "We are family...I got all my sisters with me"! Remember the saying? "Sisters by birth, friends by choice" Well we are friends AND sisters by choice (oh, and NT tooo)

Awww, thank you. I tended to my sister, Nancy, as she died with Lung Cancer at age 50. My surviving sister, Mary Jan, and I collect sisters in our lives in her honor!!
This family is a great comfort to me.
I am so grateful to be part of it.
I am not usually in the cool crowd, so I hit the jackpot here!!

Thats what I thought, but just wanted to make sure.
Thanks

Yeah I've tried just about everything in the kayfun. 32, 30, 28, different ribbon wires. Silica, cotton. Regular coils, micro coils, nanos. It all works well in the kayfun. The only thing they don't do well is subohm. Keep it 1.4 to 1.9ish.

Oh and when it comes to the wick. Keep it simple. Less is more. Just enough to touch the deck. Too much and you'll have wicking issues.

I just got back from checking the PV website and, if I am not mistaken, those evods are the regular evods. I don't think they are glass. They used to be polycarbonate and very susceptible to cracking/breaking from caustic juices like citrus. I might be wrong, but they are like the ones I have. The PT and PT2 are the only glass clearos I know about in the Kanger family. (now I am wondering about my MT3S clearos and I will have to check on them).

Hey, Dan, have you got your hunting license yet? I am eagerly awaiting the photos we discussed!! It must be getting close to season, right?

My next mod is gonna cost cause of need batteries and a charger still

Sent from my galaxy Note 2

If you haven't looked at it consider the nemesis clone. I'm in love with mine. Waiting for the two toned edition and I'll get a second.

Also just fyi folks. I'm liking this immortalizer so much I may very well go ahead and get the original. And that's set up with plain ole ribbon wire. No micro coils or anything. Very nice vape. Smooth and lots of flavor. Been using it throughout the day. Still like the strong kick of a micro in the igo for the mornings.

You lot talking about protanks and evods has got me wondering if I should try them, only used top coil clearo's before, right now am using iclear 16's with 2ohm dual coil, how will the bottom coil vape compare to the dual coil top coil?

The vape is similar. No need to tip and rip though with bottom coils. More flooding issues wity bottom coils. It's a personal preference. My bro in law likes the top coils. I like the bottom ones.

Hmmm...I asked specifically for a glass topper and that is what they sold me and it has serious tank cracking juice in it and it is as clear as ever...? It's bigger than a regular evod tank but similar design. Just ask them when you go in. :)

Nailz you asked about top coil versus bottom coil tanks and what I can tell you is while taste is similar in both, the bottom coil tank give a fuller range of flavor, all of the subtleties. I am really enjoying them, though I only use them at home as I work with heavy hard things that would break them so clearos come with me to work. Hope that helps!

And now I am off to bed. Good night everyone!!

And my name is Nancy, hence the Fancy Pants! Nickname that began in college and has taken on various forms and grown and taken on a life of it's own, my sister's dog knows me as Aunt Fancy. And you'd better not say the name without taking her to see me or else she'll get upset!

Anyways, sorry about the ramble and Pat, so sorry about your sister Nancy... :(
