Why on earth would that person not contact Kent before typing something like that? Wouldn't a reasonable person work with the vendor to rectify an issue instead of publicly ranting?
Good grief.
I should just stay here where I belong.

Atleast it's a rare occurrence. Clark's stuff is clearly very good and most of it is shake and vape. Keeps public "shamings" to a minimum lol.

Seems like alot of people get juice in the mail, vape a few puffs, post a bad review and complain. So many variable have to be explored first. Steep? Burnt wick? Hot spot on coil? Overall poor delivery system? Taste vary?

Good afternoon my family! Hope you all are enjoying the lovely labor day weekend in the US. I'm heading out in a little bit to do some shopping

I don't know where it's super hot but certainly not here (79 and sunny with 55% humidity). I checked Boston and it's 79 there as well, with only 79% humidity which is fairly low for that area. So whomever is in this supposed heat wave, I hope you're handling it well. Me, I'll take my Valley weather any day, the ocean is just on the other side of the Santa Cruz mountains visible out my window (the Coastal Range of California).

I too have heard it's not a good idea to freeze e-juice, I forget the reasons, but I also know that much of the juice I vape has an expiration date. I suppose that could be why you're looking to freeze it, to prolong that date. Nila mentioned lots of chemicals in the flavorings.... ack!! Clark, please tell us it isn't so. I know my other two favorite vendors use only all natural flavorings and ingredients in their juice, which is why I suspect they expire within a year or less. And I assumed NT was on the same track since you make a lot of your flavorings in-house (though I know you use some commercial ones as well.) But since I don't take chemicals into my body in food form--extreme label reader and health foodie here--I'd rather not be vaping them either.

I use some in house "natural" flavoring - the tobacco NET, and the Vanilla Bean steep - but my entire line has at least some commercially available artificial flavoring in it. AiV is a much better solution for all natural flavorings, not sure who else does 100% naturally flavored liquid?

lol...

I think all of us know that if we have an issue to contact Clark by PM and let him know. Maybe someone who isn't aware or doesn't know about how Clark rolls would do this type of thing without thinking since most vendors wont do anything...most of them wont even answer an email let alone try to fix an issue. I think that's why ppl rant...not use to having a vendor who DOES fix things, work with ya, etc.

oh dear! I just assumed that Clark uses what most vendors use for flavorings aside from the naturally extracted flavors he makes...and those others are made from chemicals. but even water is considered a chemical...h2o...I do know he never uses harmful things like diacytel. other than that idk honestly...sorry if I opened a can of worms...

Nah - it's important to know what's in the liquid you consume. I've always been transparent about the liquid contents. Natural and Artificial Flavoring, always diacytel free.

But most juice vendors wouldn't even communicate with the buyer since most juice vendors are seen as big company sorts not the small one man shop that IS Nicoticket. Also, even still, most of those small shops don't hang with their customers, talk with them, answer random questions on the website live, etc. I would imagine that the buyer doesn't even think there would be a chance at discussion over what she is tasting. She probably thinks the post she made was the only outlet for her personal experience. Hope she does talk with Clark!

I was so nervous that you may be cross with me for being so indecisive.
thank you for your kindness.
P

Clark has the patience of a saint, Pat. He has dealt with me for months and never once said a cross word to me even tho I have said/done things that were stupid and idiotic. I am also indecisive much of the time. I think Clark is able to deal with ppl like us due to his mental health background

Well i think we put that fire out! flooded with NT Family good stuff people, very professional and polite way to handle that!! :)

That goes into effect at a later date, I believe.
Plus its getting taken to the European Courts, its not going to happen

I don't see how anyone could say GVC or any other is better than NT. They must not have any taste buds left.

GVC is an extremely strong sweet flavour and it suits those that like in your face I need 8 flavour shots in all my juices people.\
CLS is just excellent Full stop. If some dont like it, cool MORE FOR ME:D

Resolved a similar issue earlier today with a 5 minute phone call. I am one of the most transparent and available vendors on the forum. If she wants help, she'll ask for it. I can't proactively PM anyone, it's against the rules.

How big is a Belgian Tervuren? It looks like he has a thick coat, maybe an undercoat. When I first saw the pic, I thought of a German Shepherd but knew it wasn't...sounds like they are really affectionate like a rottweiler. To look at a rott, one would never perceive them as being cuddly or sweet natured. In fact, about eight years ago, a friend offered to sell me one of her rott pups and at that time told her no bc I was terrified of them. Not long afterwards, while I was on a walk with my beagle and jack russel, a stray dog approached and from out of the blue a huge female rott appeared and chased off the stray. She then walked up to me, sat down at my side and rubbed her big head on my hip and stomach and listened to the little earbuds hanging from my neck that were playing some music. I was so scared I was paralyzed with fear and couldn't even move. Then the rott's owner came looking for her.. Later on, I learned that this female rott had "claimed" me by rubbing her head on my hip...she was actually trying to protect me I guess from the other dog. Then just last year we had neighbors next door with a huge female rott. That one claimed me too and she always got loose from her chain and came to see me while I was gardening or sitting in one of the lounge chairs in the back yard. We became best friends and I ended up dog sitting her while her parents were at work. We went for walks together and she played with my dogs...and now this year we adopted our own rott. He's half doberman too tho.

My daughter's rott/lab mix was one the sweetest ( not tons of brain cells though), loving dogs I've ever known. Apollo changed my mind about Rotties forever :)
