All, There is an issue with the rewards program.
Nicoticket staff are currently aware of this and currently working to resolve this issue.
While this issue is being worked, the rewards program has been temporarily disabled.
Please be patient while they work through this.

Sent an email on Wednesday evening and my Rewards were updated/corrected by Thursday morning.
