Just visited the nicoticket website for the first time, been vaping a few months, and I typically run a Reo with a modified Trident V2 for bottom feeding. I also make my own juice but have been using mostly mount baker since I started and have been very happy with it. I see the huge Nicoticket thread pop up every once in a while.

When I visited the site, I discovered they only offer 16 flavors. So whats the big deal? I'm curious because I'd like to try something new, but know nothing about their juice and how people feel about it compared to MBV

MBV is mostly one and two flavor quick mixes, with extra shots available. Nicoticket has actual complex recipes that have been tweaked and tweaked until near perfect, with many components. MBV has a few good ones too, but Nicoticket hits more on the lines of gourmet juice, where MBV is just a broad choice of flavors. You can't go wrong with Nicoticket. Try Custards Last Stand for sure! Be patient though, when you get them, use a few drops to taste them, and then put them aside for a month or so. They only get better!! :D

Thanks for the responses. I suppose I may have started this thread a little too soon, their flavors have a fair amount of PG in them, and I only vape 100% VG, so I guess nicoticket is out. That's good to know though, at least I'm informed now!

You mentioned that you DIY juices. Where do you get your 100% vg flavors from?

SO TRUE!

I have a bottle of H1N1(Virus) I ordered roughly two weeks ago. It's good, but the bottle a friend sent me that has a born on date of 12/7/13 is like worlds better. Sorry, words fail me to describe the difference.

While I've never tried MBV, I would suggest trying Nicoticket's juices.

Well I guess I lied about true 100% VG, at least in my DIY juice. I got all my stuff from wizard labs. The flavors I purchased are PG based, I've been mixing the flavor at a ratio of 10%, rather than my 15% I've stuck with before and it has helped.

My issue is that I get a dry mouth and throat from PG. My DIY blends do dry my mouth out more than Mount Baker, so I will be acquiring some VG based flavoring. Wizard labs does have VG based flavorings. My nicotine base is also VG based, and its 100 mg/nic (10%) so its VERY strong stuff. I only need like 2 mls of it in a 25 ml batch of juice, and I rock the nitrile gloves when handling it.

I've been dying to try out H1N1, I love complex tobacco flavors, but your post disturbs me....did they change recipes recently?

My apologies, if my post may have been misleading in that sense. It's the same flavor profile per say, it's just the tobacco flavor is more in the front on the older bottle. If you read the description on Nicoticket's website you'll see it becomes better with age, and I agree, it does.

Don't get me wrong, it's fabulous out of the mailbox... It's just a different animal when allowed time to grow up.

Vendors like Nicoticket, who offer a premium gourmet specialized selection of flavors are worlds apart from standard 100+ flavor vendors like MBV. Vendors that offer that many flavors will 99% of the time have single flavors (strawberry, apple, RY4, blueberry, etc.) that are made with single or two flavorings. Premium gourmet vendors usually put over 4 flavors that match well together and create complex blends. Also I believe if you talk to Nicoticket's owner he can make your order at 100% VG.

To be perfectly honest, when I go to a website that has over 100 flavors available, I generally don't end up ordering from them. It tells me that they are just kind of generically tossing some flavoring into some PG/VG and calling it good. A smaller number of flavors tells me some time, effort and thought have been put into the crafting of their offerings. Extra flavor shots also generally make me not want to order. Someone who has perfected a recipe isn't going to let you mess it up.

I also really like juice that is made from house made extracts..pretty hard to find any perfumy/chemical tastes in juice that is made that way. Did you know Nicoticket makes their own vanilla flavoring for their juice? I have yet to find a better vanilla. Ahlusion is another that makes many of their own extracts. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed!
