The guidelines you list are for e-cigs.

Trying to compare nicotene levels in e-juice to the nicotene in analogs is pretty tough, since there just aren't enough information out there to compare absorption levels.

Honestly, I wouldn't worry about it. Use juice that is strong enough to keep you from "needing" an analog. What strength that is would be completely up to your body. Listen to your body, it will tell you what you need.
