Nicotine free e-liquid.... Legal?

Hi all,

So, although I'm not a resident of Singapore, I have family currently out there now. They have 90ml of 0mg nicotine liquid.

I have a question on the legalities of bringing this out of Singapore into Thailand.

As its 0mg nicotine, does it come under the ban? Would my family be able to take it through customs to Thailand without any issue? It is fully labelled up as 0mg nicotine too.

No, it will be confiscated and destroyed, I have tried bringing in before. Any e-Cigg related products, are not allowed in Singapore.

Not if they put your bags under a scanner..
But why go thru the trouble? 1 bottle just finish it. Or leave it til they comes back..

I dunno how the authorities will react to a bottle labelled as 0mg eliquid, but if 0mg nic ejuice are illegal, they need to go raid Phoon Huat and Bake King (bakery supplier), including all supermarkets that carry those brands.
