So I went into my local vape shop that just opened(fortunately there hiring!!) I tried some samples they had 12mg Nic only(never used Nic) took a couple of samples and puffs got a tad bit if a rush not much and I'm not getting any withdrawl symptoms exactly how addictive is it? Or am I just the lucky one that it doesn't take control over me hmm? I took a good 3 or 4 samples and had multiple puffs on each

Personally, I don't find nicotine addictive at all. Coming off of Dokha (extremely high nicotine), it was easy for me to switch to vaping or not use altogether. I feel there are far more other addictive ingredients in cigarettes than nicotine. With that said though, everyone reacts a bit differently.

Exactly how addictive? Really? It is very addictive. Both nicotine and vaping. Maybe not as much as smoking cigarettes, but definitely addictive.

I have to question the integrity of a vape shop that would let a non smoker/non vapor sample anything. I'm sorry, but this is just wrong. It is similar to Marlboro giving out free samples.

I am using vaping as a risk reduction. We don't fully know if this is totally safe.

You may disagree with me, but I do not want to see vaping offered up to anyone. Not until we get our often requested scientific trials and studies.

Without question, you do not want a nicotine addiction.

If you are not a nic user even a little nic will give you the rush. I got it from my first cigarette and again when I quit and started back after a lengthy period. Nic is not a good thing to be addicted to. If you want to vape simply for the act of doing so, do it with 0 nic.

It's still playing with fire if you aren't already addicted. It's too easy to say, "Let me try a bottle of that 8mg juice". You can always wean down to 0 again, but why ever start it in the first place? Most of us here are slowly reducing our nic because we were once smokers and are also addicted to the hand to mouth motions.

Some people are more addictive than others. My sister usually does not smoke, but at parties when she consumes alcohol (in moderate amounts) she can smoke a whole pack of analogs and then not want or touch another one for several months until she attends another party. I've never seen her smoke but her hubby and kids insist this is true.

Anyway, stay away from it because in your case there is absolutely no need for it. Get the no nics or just skip it.
