Nicotine intake

I smoked 42 Newports a day, what mg amount would I need in e-juice to compliment that.

I don't know how much a cigarett, I'm using between 16 and 24 ml is that to much or not enough.

If the amount you are using is enough to curb the cigs, its the right amount.

Thank you and the combo is working great, my wife is still a smoker (she has a quit date) and so does my sister in law,
And I have not reached for or craved one. I'm on oxygen so a lifestyle change had to happen and with the help of my family and my vaporizer I kicked a nasty 23year habit.

I could always tell when I first started up. With too much nic, I slipped into high gear and became too jittery/wired/hyper. When that happens, it's time to either decrease nic concentration of juice: 18 mg to 16 mg or lower or vape less frequently. The beauty of vaping is that you can tailor the nic,taste,equipment, how much you want to over spend etc. Its all scalable.

Congratulations on quitting the death sticks! You will know if you get to much nicotine because you will get jittery, maybe a headache, or upset stomach..... Your nicotine level also depends upon the device you are using. The more powerful of ecigg then the less nicotine you should use. If you are using a low powered device then you can use higher nicotine levels. Sorry to hear you are on oxygen That sux for sure.

I am using eGo-T and a Tripl3 eGo with a Kanger T3S tanks I think the the T is a 1000 model so nothing fancy just a basic set up. My daughter and son in law gave them to me.

Yeah your issue is more likely your device than the juice. 20-24mg/ml should be plenty.. You might try the lowest OHM coils you can get for your atomizer.. But IMO, you need a more powerfull device.. 20watts will be more than enough. Right now you are lucky to get 8watts out your device. I'd look into something like a Eleaf 30watt and a clearomizer like a Nautilus. Unless of course you are interested in building coils then I say get a Kayfun type tank.

Thanks I plan on upgrading in the months to come, right now I don't have cravings or am I jonesing for one. This is great I have tried to quit before many many times but the patches and gum never worked but this oh man it's a game changer.

If your current setup is working for you, then I dont think you need to upgrade, Unless YOU want too.

FWIW, My first upgrade from almost the same setup you are using.. Was a KAYFUN 3.1 Tank. Ran that on top of the EGO battery for 3 weeks before getting a MOD. I would still run the tank today on those batteries, IF not for the look. A good clearomizer like a Protank or the Nautilus might be all you need for that MORE.

Yea it was bad I would go to the store smoke going and coming home, smoke when I get in and smoke while I watch the news ( this is all before noon). The mix is working Great, and I have some ladies in my life that are happy and give me so much support .

Nicotine

A "general guideline" for nicotine concentration in e-liquid to the number of cigarettes smoked per day. If you are subohming (resistance under 1.0Ω) cut these nicotine levels by at least 50%.

06 mg = 10 cigarettes or less
12 mg = 20 cigarettes
18 mg = 30 cigarettes
24 mg = 40 cigarettes

depends on the wattage

ballpark figures:
20mg 4watts
10mg 10watts
5mg 20watts

your ego type setup would be around 5 watts so 16 to 24 mg sounds about right.

and your total usage in ml for the day would be around 2 to 5 millilitres.

I am within that range I do about 3ml a day and that's switching from a 24 in the morning, and 16 after noon, and 12 at night. Thank you.
