But yeah I will try to stick with the vaping only.
Im trying to inhale less.

I have 16mg liquid, is there anything readily available that I could use to cut the juice down some?

Not drinking too much, well not drinking at home anymore but yeah loud ringing in my ears.. Im sure its the nic

I've got ringing in one ear from an inner ear injury (years ago) that's permanent but gets louder when I take any stimulant (nicotine, caffeine, ADD meds, etc.) I also have 4kHz hearing loss so I have background ringing in both ears, sometimes pretty much silent, sometimes very much there. That ringing is also affected by stimulants. As I sit here vaping I have two tones going in my left ear and one in my right. In the morning the ringing will be much quieter until I reach over and grab my morning vape, and gets louder as the day progresses. Just my experience with something similar.

My ringing is due to physical damage to my ears in one way or another. If you didn't undergo a physical trauma (barotrauma from diving, impact to the side of the head, extremely loud noise) when your ringing started, I'd suspect (I'm not a doctor but have done a lot of research due to my own issues) that it's the stimulants directly (or stimulants indirectly via dehydration) causing it.

I'd suggest dropping your caffeine and nic intake some. The results aren't going to be immediate and will last even longer if you're constantly adding to the levels of stimulants in your system. As many others have said, get hydrated - you're doing three things simultaneously that are dehydrating you. Hope everything gets better.

Picking up some VG at local drug store as someone else suggested would be a quick solution to reduce the nic strength of your liquid. You could probably also pick up syringes cheap there too so you can dilute in a fairly accurate/measurable way.

If you have a lot of liquid on hand that you need to dilute, and the liquid you got came from a vendor that has the flavor at lower levels, you could get some lower nic liquid and mix them together also. I bought quite a bit of 16mg liquid and have found out as I've been vaping that 16mg is really more nic than I need with the amount of vaping I'm doing, so my plan is to buy some 0mg liquid of the same flavors and mix them.
