This is my reduction path...

18mg for 1 month (tank)
12mg for 3 month (tank)
9mg for 1 month (Tank)
6mg for 5 months (Tank)
6mg + 3mg (tank/dripper) 1 month
4.5mg + 1.5mg (tank/dripper) current.

Honestly I don't use my tank much anymore, I'm actually pretty happy/comfortable where I am right now if I do go lower it will be 1mg on my dripper and leave the tank there...

I just don't crave it as much as I used to but when I need it it's there :p

Hey everyone , not really a new member , but this is where the site said to go when i signed in. Anyway , i have a bunch of home brew 14mg, that i would like to reduce to 12mg. How much VG or PG would I have to mix into 30ml of 14mg, to make it 12mg . Thanks in advance.

What is your hardware?

milligram strength and wattage go together.
If you want to reduce nicotine strength, it's easier to just vape at a lower wattage than try to precisely reduce the nicotine strength; besides, it wouldn't be surprising is one batch of liquid from one vendor might be 10% inaccurate in nicotine strength.

I am probably in the minority but I started at 12 mg a year ago and reached zero in 11 months, just dropping a bit when I made a juice order (before my diy). I stayed at 1.5 and 1mg for the longest time untill I asked myself why one day and dropped to zero. I really haven't noticed any loss, and in fact it's made me content without any cravings. I feel like I get more flavor now from my juice.

For me the first drop was the most difficult, until I had the confidence/truth it was easier than I thought it would be.

To each their own, enjoy the journey.
