Nicotine turning yellow

I have two smaller bottles of nic that have turned yellow. Is it still good and ok to use? I don't care if it changes the taste. I can always add more flavor. I just want to make sure it's safe to use. Sorry if this is a dumb question that's been asked before.

That's standard nicotine aging. It isn't a safety concern. A flavour change (more peppery) may go along with the colour change, but if it doesn't bother you it's not a problem. I think the strength might be dropping very slightly, but that change shouldn't be significant enough for you to notice.

The question has been asked before, but there's nothing dumb about making sure you're safe.

I bought some nic base locally that had a yellow tint. The main difference I found was it had a huge throat hit. I mix 10mg juice, it was throat hitting like 24mg juice

However it had no pepper taste or any other problems, it had just gotten oxidised before it was sent to me. I sent a grumpy email to the vendor and found a much more higher quality for my next order

It's fine. When you buy nic, get it in the freezer ASAP. It's best stored in glass, so break it down into smaller glass bottles so that you aren't constantly opening the big bottle frequently.

Keep a small bottle out for mixing if you need to, but put that bottle in the fridge to slow the aging process. Nic at room temp will yellow fairly quick, but when frozen the process is slowed to the point where it can stay clear for years. My liters are frozen, but I keep a small bottle in the fridge for mixing and it's still clear after many months.

If you desire better quality it is definitely out there. I've had some leftover samples @ room temperature for at least 2yrs and it was as crystal clear as when bought.
