Yes you are. All orders from ECF members are assigned a number. I will use the website random.org to draw 3 numbers. Feb 1 I will notify the 3 winners. I am going to ask for permission from the winners to post their user name(which will need to be disclosed to me, I can't tell) that they post under telling what they won. I doubt anyone will have a problem with me doing that but it seems right to ask first.
