the nic is manufactured by a major supplier for pharmaceutical nicotine(patches and gum). it is independently verified with a COA(certificate of analysis).
The shipping quantity is bottled at my facility in a clean room environment in approved containers.

So, are you importing 99.9% (999.9mg) pure nicotine and cutting it down at home, lab or home-lab?
When you state, "clean room environment," are you referring to the medical definition of a clean room?
What quality tests are you running on your final product?

yes i buy 99.9% nic and contract to have it cut by a lab to final strength. final nic levels are verified by lab. no my clean room would not fit the medical definition. the area i work with nicotine and flavorings(not on my site yet) is maintained at negative air pressure and cleanliness is maintained at a food prep or better level. protective gear is worn in the room leading to the nickname. sorry for the confusion.
