that's only 2 days ago. see his thread in the suppliers forum with "march madness" in the title --i think he had some customs issues, but he's making everything right for anyone that has orders pending. Rich is a great vendor.

Rich is really a great guy. I have ordered form him several times and he has always shipped my stuff really quick I am sure when he gets his backlogged straightened out he will get your order out ASAP

The issue isn't "backlog" so much, his nicotine shipment is being held up by customs to my understanding from the voicemail he left me a couple of days ago.
