Nifty Signatures... How Do I Do That?

I'll probably be embarrassed when I get a reply (beecause I'm probably missing something obvious), but I've hunted around and I can't find where or how to set up one of those really nifty, motivating and encouraging signatures I'm seeing that show how many analog-free days we're at.... can anybody give a newbie a hand? Thanks!

One of the new member threads might help you... it says we must have 5 posts to post elsewhere, 10 for more privileges, and 15 to be able to have a signature. At the time I'm writing this, I see you have one post. So, keep posting!

I'm past 15 though now, and just haven't figured out how to do it....

You have to wait till you have either 15 or 20 posts, then you can add a banner to your signature. To add one, click on a banner you like, it will take you to the site that it was created from. Enter the info it asks for on the site to create it, then copy the code it produces. Then come back to the ECF, click on settings and paste it into your signature section and save.

You can click on my baner, then go to settings and add a signature. Edit the banner to suit you. You need 20 posts before it'll show up.

Weird thing is I have 20 and I can't find this option anywhere in my settings.... maybe this post (#21) will be the silver bullet

From the ECF thread found here:

0 to 5 posts:
Members are restricted to posting in the New Members Forum only, can not use Private Messaging, and can not have a signature.

5 to 15 posts:
Members can post in other forums and use Private Messaging.

15 posts and above:
Members can post in all forums, and can now have a signature.

70 posts and above:
Members can no longer start new threads in the New Members Forum, but may post in threads started by others.

Go to Setting (upper right corner), once your there, the "Edit Signature" should be on the left column under My Settings. If it's not there, then it's probably because the server haven't updated your information yet, just try again tomorrow.
