Is there anything wrong with this/"this kind" of battery? A friend showed me this in its package, but wasn't using it. I've been using my Sony 18650 1600mah 30A for sub-ohm (0.3-0.5), and thinking about getting the new purple eFest 18650 2100mah 30A batteries. I guess the Nitecore isn't much to rave about if no one is talking about it.

As a photographer/videographer, it's a reputable site. I didn't know they carry this kind of battery. I'm sure there are other places to find this.

As others have said, this is a high-capacity, protected ICR battery. Similar to the Panasonic NCR18650B 3400mAh battery. Best application for these batteries are flashlights and cameras.

Because it is not a high-drain battery, and not a safe-chemistry battery, and has a low amp limit, it has very limited use in a mod. It should only be used in a mechanical mod using factory-built juice attachments (clearomizers, cartomizers).

Do not use this battery in a regulated (VV/VW) mod, a mechanical mod using a Kick, or any mod using a Rebuildable Atomizer.

I think @Baditude hit the nail on the head. I second this.
