I recently crossed the line of using more 20700 batteries than 18650. I had been using an Xtar VC4 but discovered that I had issues with the 2 slots in the middle. My VC4 was not designed to hold batteries bigger than 18mm in diameter in the middle two slots. It would begin to charge them but they would slide out the the port some time charged fully sometime not. I found the Nitecore New I4, it is a 4 port charger, on its labeling said it would charge 20700 (4) and 21700 (4) batteries along with 18650 and 26650s (it will only hold 3 26650s). It works great with no issues, I do miss the screen on the Xtar. The New I4 is really a 2016 model but there are still 2014 models on the shelves so watch the labeling should you decide to get one.
