Then i think its very silly to keep using them and testing them, when there is other horiz cartos that NEVER act like that.. Exact same high level of performance... but hey, im getting use to beeing ignored...... all the pm's tell me im not the only one thinking these thoughts.. amazing how people are scared to write what they think.... Im hanging around to see what'll happen when someone does come back.......

Michelle, I can't speak for anyone else but I haven't been ignoring you. You mentioned kangers awhile back and I had never heard of them (I've only been at this for 2 months). As time goes by I've heard them mentioned several times now, so I learned what they were. I also didn't understand what was meant by horizontal coils, etc. After seeing the pictures it is becoming clear, but still don't exactly understand what it meant by way of performance. So for me I just had nothing to comment about it, just reading and learning - not scared, not ignoring, I just don't have anything much to say.
As for buying those similar ones elsewhere, I'm not really into buying blanks. I prefer prefilled, and most other places only offer tobacco & menthol as the only choices. So I haven't looked into buying them to try out.
Add to that the fact that I'm one of the fortunates that haven't had any issues (knock on wood) with the cartos. But I don't disbelieve anyone that says they have, not saying they are whiners or crazy, etc. Just saying hmm, that hasn't happened to me (yet), sure hope it doesn't start.

Agreed 1000%. But after my initial post and the response, I can understand it a little.

After the few pages of responses to my initial post, I felt crucified and was so depressed that I was ready to leave and never turn back. I'm sure some people would haved loved if that happened, and that probably scared people off. I didn't know there were similar cartos out because I was led to believe Leaford invented then, so I was passionate about them being fixed. Leaford seems so respected in so many forums that I was confident he'd take good care of me and the problem. When most people have a problem with a product they simply buy something else, but I thought I could be a positive force. Life seems to have way of always crushing my optimism.

hey starsong.. I get that, with the prefilleds.. My posts about them was because i think one could find the reasons for the burning and stuff, in the differences between the two types.. so thought someone would investigate that, and have been baffled over the indifference from those who love to take stuff apart.Did however get pmed from one explaining why... I sadly cant take good enough pics to post, so to show the two side by side..

no, as i wrote in the carto threads, they have shorter solid white " O rings" instead of the silicone ones in the mf's.. Have had them going for several weeks filling and filling with 70-80 % VG. Some of the old ones i took apart have nothing burnt og weird in them at all...

ah ok. I'm old and forgetful and at some point I just zoned out on the autopsy thread. Thanks for the update :)

And you are clearly the luckiest man on this forum. Have you perhaps thought that they know a number or two and since you are a "friend" on this forum, they took your call?

How else can you explain that just about ANY new customer that has called has gotten a voicemail and never get a live voice?

And you got your response, delivered it here and guess what? They once again did not deliver what they said they would, which is a message by the end of the day as to what was going on.

I still cannot seem to figure out why you keep calling people out (like calling me an a* hole) after early posts with people having issues with not getting any feedback, returned messages, or calls from a company. Surely you would agree that people have the right to voice concerns when these odd experiences are going on.

Wow. That is all I can say. It must get lonely up there. Enjoy your horse. You have completely ruined ECF for so many based on teh PMs I have received in my 2 days here with your pom poms and never let anybody be critical attitude. Enjoy your vaping, Im glad that this company worked for you. It seems FAR too many are having issues, but again, its a shame nobody is allowed to talk about them without you mocking and ridiculing them for it.

You might want to up the nic level dude. You are clearly an angry individual without those analogs.

My facts straight? I am the one that made my post thanking everybody and explaining my issues with CS with this company. YOU are the one that called me a name without KNOWING ANY FACTS and clearly not even reading the post in its entirety.

You want facts, YOUR POST WAS DELETED by mods because of your choice of words and your message. Enjoy the pom poms, I am officially finding a new vendor partly due to your actions. Enjoy being the apologist and let them all know how that works out for you long term.

God forbid ANYBODY have an opinion in this section of the forum that does not praise Bloog or agree with you. Its absurd. The PM count is now up to 46 with people saying the same thing.

yes and am i the only one that thinks it a TAD bit odd they went out of stock, almost right about when the bloog came out... is the plot thicker than first expected? Or is it just as the vendors say, that kanger is a pest to deal with, and veery slow to get orders out? I dunno, but its starting to feel like a good novel.. haha

I've ordered horizontal coils from 3 different vendors in the last month. They are US vendors, so I know that doesn't help you, but hopefully you'll get a UK supplier soon.

How are they? I've only found them from one vendor, and considered that a rare find. I haven't ordered any yet because I'm not sure if I trust this design anymore.

Guys and gals... you might need to just give these folks some time to catch up. I ordered some stuff for my wife last Sunday. I got my order confirmation Monday mid-day, and only just today got my shipping notice.

My read on this whole thing is that they are getting their replacement stock in a piece at a time. That means that they have to inspect and inventory it, match it to orders (piecemeal... as they are getting it in a few items at a time as the factory ships them), package it for shipping, ship it, issue shipping confirmations (sounds like this is a small company without a mass shipping system or automated confirmation system).

Now consider that there has been a pent up demand due to the length of time they have waited for stock due to the CNY and the time it takes to ship here from China. It is also likely that (Murphy's Law), in the middle of all that, a few things haven't quite gone as they expected (life is sometimes beyond our control) and that they have very few people to mobilize to deal with such unexpected twists and turns.

Let's make a pact to give them until the end of March to catch their breath / catch up their stock and orders / and tweak their system a bit to compensate for the lessons that small companies seem to have to learn the hard way and then if we still aren't satisfied... We can start rippin' them a new one...

ROTFL... After all, this isn't life and death and maybe there is a lesson here for the customers too:

"A Vaper should ALWAYS have a back-up system and liquid on hand. We are simply too fragile in our efforts to avoid a return to the stinky sticks to not have the proper back-ups in place"

In the mean time... I'll let you know when the wife's stuff arrives and hopefully have good news on the quality and performance front.



Hate to repeat myself but.... there simply is no return on investment when you argue with each other over something none of us can confirm, deny, or control. Leaford is back and I'm betting that NYC and Chris will be back in force next week too. I'm betting that they were hard at work getting our product out to us and putting the new CS plan together for us. Time well spent, if you ask me. Welcome back BTW Leaford. Keep an eye on those production workers for us, so we only get the good ones. I've heard how tough it is to know if your buying the real thing over there. Lots of knockoffs and such. Don't forget to check in on your bird. If you've been offline that long, he is probably a bit worried about you (only half kidding about that... my dogs freak out if I'm an hour late coming home from work).
