Oh hell no!!!! You should've left that place in the rear view and drove around for goodness knows how long till you found a vape friendly establishment. You allowed the chicken wing ANTZ to win shame on you! /sarcasm off

He should have also posted a negative Yelp review. That seems popular on this board these days...

LMAO! In efforts to not be taken the wrong way if something interferes with me vaping period I'm all against it. But seriously thsee fanatical views about being able to vape when and where ever we choose is a bit much for me. Guess I'm an ANTZ who vapes 15mls of 6mg a day. The homeless, wounded warriors, abused children, hell with all that I wanna vape in Mikey D's. Priorities for the win!!!!

The sad thing is I believe many actually view unfettered vaping as equal to the civil rights movement and Holocaust...

I vape in airports and airplanes and at work where it is not allowed; no one else knows I am doing it and I don't need a sign to tell me it is ok...

No. I don't need to vape everywhere; I'm not so addicted. I was a smoker. I don't view being able to vape anywhere as a right; neither a natural nor legal right. Society dictates where I can vape when out in public...

Then why do you think people have a right to breath vapor free air?

I agree equating the right to vape in public places to those examples is beyond ludicrous (and I don't mean the rapper) and to be quite honest I vape everywhere I feel the need to and get by just fine in places I cant. In all honesty around the Houston area I have been to several places that don't allow smoking but vaping is just fine and not stealth vaping either I mean subohm high VG vaping and no one bats an eye.

Just yesterday I went into a Gamestop where neither smoking nor vaping is technically allowed. But noticed the clerk had a mod on a lanyard so I pulled out my Reo and we had a rather nice vape session talking about upcoming games. The old saying rings true if you go looking for a fight you're going to find it, if not its amazing what you get away with just going with the flow.

This is some conflicting information you're giving us here.

The issue gets handled badly by all sides. Used to vape all the time at a local coffee shop: policy changed when they changed ownership. I found out by getting rudely yelled at about it (GREAT way to keep business)

I keep repeating myself: a private business has every right to disallow vaping (or whatever else they choose) in their establishment. I have every right to decide not to give them my money.

Discrete vaping in inappropriate places vs. demanding the right to vape anywhere...

So between

1) "discrete vaping" in the airplane toilet (with the risk of emergency landing and all the jazz)
and
2) officially vaping in your seat in a vaping section of the plane (possibly with a "low scent or no scent" restriction)

your preference is for 1) ?

Yes you right that the proprietor has the right to set the status quo vape friendly or not, but what give the lobbyist the right to fight for vaping restrictions everywhere?
