No longer a lurker

Just a quick one-have been a lurker here for a couple of months and felt the need to introduce myself. I was a 2 pack a day for 42 years smoker. It was decided by my body and in a way my grandson that the smoking had to stop. Thanxz to my son, who introduced me to e-cigs I started on the road to vaping beginning with the disposables available at the gas station, to V2 cigalikes to MVP 2.0 with iClear 30 tank, unflavored e-liquid at 50pg/50vg 24mg nicotine. I have also joined CASAA and sent my comments to the FDA regarding proposed regulations as to how they will affect myself personally and our vaping community. I would like to thank all the trailblazers on this forum as I have acquired more knowledge that I can pass on to others. 4 co-workers have also started vaping because they could see that if a heavy smoker could benefit from vaping then they also could.

I really appreciate the wisdom and patience that you "old-timers" show to us "newbs". If I had found this forum earlier, I wouldn't have wasted my time and money on the cigalikes.

Very cool! Welcome to ECF. You'll probably find, like myself, that the members here are all too helpful and understanding. One of the things that drew me here while lurking in the shadows. Kudos on quitting cigs!
