I'm sure there is pressure from groups like NSRA for HC to crack down on it's own rules. The show that aired this week on CBC Radio,"The Current", Melody Tilson the spokesperson for the NSRA said just that. She complained that liquid nic was readily available online in Canada. A Canadian vender selling online is easy pickings as a bureaucrat from HC doesn't even have to leave their desk to find them. The b&m stores, I'm sure HC doesn't have the manpower on the streets to start closing people down.
Moral of the story; if your a Canadian vender, don't advertise liquid nic online. Your just easy pickings for HC.

These kind of moves will just drive e-smokers to purchase their liquid nic from the states or start diy. Nodnerb, I hope you have other sources.

before there is a mad dash to every juicer in Canada, and people start stalking piling for the great juice prohibition, you would have to factor in how VG got pinged. I mean it is not like HC sits at their computer and googles all day (they can hire me!! Streaming Hamster dance and all the red vs blue i want here i come!)

What were the particulars of the letter? Was this is a first warning? Is VG a registered business? In most cases when a vendor got one of those letters there was usually something about they would need to liquidate their entire stock, so with it saying just her juice i would lean towards this was a "oh you did a no no letter"

I'm def ordering some liquid nic asap. Will have to start researching, find a sure way to get it here...

I may be too laid back, but i have a simple rule of three, so i will wait for two more vendors to "go down" before i look to stalk pile :D

Canadian vendors should probably just start requiring accounts before they'll let you view juices with nicotine options. Just another barrier so "on a glance" you dont see them selling nicotine juices.

This would be the way to go as it is OK to sell e cigs, cartridges and e liquid without nicotine. I don't know about PVs tho.
But wait....what if those damn party poopers at HC pose as potential customers?:vapor::ohmy::unsure::facepalm::confused::?:

Someone was asking where to get juice with nicotine on I think the CLA FB page and I didn't trust that request at all. Maybe it wasn't anything to be worried about but I couldn't help but be suspicious. Then someone responded suggesting the ECF site for info on where to get juice. Didn't like that being so public either.

Yes, I think that we should be very cautious about exposing our vendors. I found you guys right away after returning from FL with my little miracle :vapor:

from the Canadian vendors I have spoken to there is nothing HC can do about selling nicotine juice in Canada..it can be stopped at customs but there's no regulations to prohibit it (yet) from being sold in Canada..I guess fear tactics would work on some, but what else can HC do? send a letter? anyone with more info please let me know..

Some do, some don't .

How about being a ECF verified member to see juice, so your identity is known ?
