OFRF said the online pictures are photoshopped. WTFBSFUOFRF
My blue Gear is going in the classifieds.
I also asked them about replacement glass bubble tanks and lo&behold replacement glass bubble tanks just hit their website. Get em while they're hawt.

I got the Gold Gear RTA on Monday. It looks perfect on my blue Boxer IMO
I have a brass Copa for it that looks good but I'm ditching that DARK DARK (WAY DARKER THAN ADVERTISED!!!) DARK blue Gear tank so I have a choice for Goldie :thumb:

They have unusual navigation at their very fancy website so here's the direct link they sent me in FB Messenger - Gear RTA Glass Bubble Tube 3.5ml

$3 each sounds nice but $10 shipping on 5-7 pieces & $15 for 8 and up so I have 7 on the way.
I don't know about shipping for less than 5 but I like to get as many as the shipping tier allows when it's something useful and reasonably low cost per piece. YMMV

No real spitback surprisingly enough. Don't overfill and the afc area stays dry.
I stack the first few puffs to get it warm before tooting it so that might effect it.
I like glass tip vs steel tip because glass stays cooler but it's not a rowdy build.
you mean you get some juice in the airflow on this tank? i like mtl but tempted to try this.

Cleanest tank I've owned yet. No condensation seepage or anything.
Dry AFC :thumb: or dry AF if you like

edit - dry AF doesn't sound like a good time so let's just go with dry AFC

picked up my ofrf gear today. vandy vape ss fused clapton .37 ohms, firing at 30w. im still puzzled im not getting the amazing flavor reviewers have mentioned.

i believe im doing something wrong here. ive tried contact and spaced. i get little to no spitback from spaced. the flavor isnt as full as my ehpro true. feels hot already at 30. tried to up to 35w. flavor still isnt top notch.

chime in please for build tips.

Cheapo Doctor Coil alien staple (from Fasttech) @ .35Ω - 45W - AFC WFO - has a slight ramp up but great flavor. I hit on the third or fourth puff. Leftover alien from the Recurve kit @ .24Ω - 45W - WFO acts about the same. Work through the slight rowdiness. If it's too rowdy you might have used less cotton than what's ideal. Modulate with your fire button if it's too hot but not too much or you'll lock it.

Got it on my Aegis Mini and must say this is a perfect match.
I agree. I received mine today...still waiting on the Aegis. This is one fantastic little flavor banger. I get notes from my NETs I never knew existed. Boy oh Boy am I on a high here...

I have one @.4 ohms fused Clapton SS ( same wire I use in all my atties) 30 watts TCR on my Colossal.

If you’re getting spit back, try a little more cotton and watch your coil height. I keep mine kind of low. And I agree, cleanest bottom air I’ve used. Almost no condensation. Only leaked once due to user error.
