No response from Liberty Flights? Seriously?

This is in regards to the 510 Clearomizers with an led in them. I ordered two of these in the 3.5ml version. A blue and a green. Let me state first off, that I placed my first ecig order at LF, and several since. I've had minor issues before and Ty dealt with them admirably. That's why the issues were minor. My last order was for 2 led Clearomizers at probably $15 and change, including shipping.
These particular Clearomizers have one led lead running down the base, the tube or shell is then pressed down, over the lead. This distorts the tube. You can feel this by grasping the tube lightly and spinning it with your other hand. The green one leaked right out of the package. The blue one worked for a couple days, but then leaked in exactly the same fashion.
I know LF is just the retailer, not the manufacturer. I'm just surprised to have emailed support twice and not gotten any response whatsoever. Because of their very good customer service in the past, I didn't give emailing them about this a second thought, until a week went by without a response. Today, when I checked their website, before contacting them a third time, I saw what I apparently missed before: NOTE: LF Cartomizers come with a DOA warranty only.
I now know DOA refers to conducting electricity, not holding juice. 15 bucks down the drain. No more of these for me, thanks.
