I've been waiting for someone to review this, just to see what others think. But since I've got one, I might as well do it.
Vapor Tokers
The kit:
The Vapor Toker's Fatty starter kit comes with what's basically a Janty eGo. 2 batteries, 1 atty, "cone" cover, 5 prefilled carts, AC wall adapter w/ USB charger, and soft pouch. At $77.95, some might think it's a bit steep, but what sets it apart from other eGo kits is this: that atty is a XL/Mega (510), the USB fast charger, and a free zipper case (when available). Do the math and you'll find it's quite a deal. Add the $10 off discount code + $2.50 flat rate shipping and you can't go wrong.
Performance:
Meh, out of the box it's an eGo with a XL/Mega 510 atty, so it's pretty standard. BUT if you add the "Fat Fatty" atty (Mega eGo cylinder style atty), you'll be a walking fog machine. I highly recommend picking 1 or 2 up with the starter kit, you'll be very pleased with the amount of vapor it produces. Also, their e-juice isn't just repackaged/branded crap like some others. It's really smooth, flavorful and blended perfectly to produce clouds of vapor.
The service:
A big part of my decision to buy from them is because they're local. Nothing wrong with keeping my $$$ in the US of A, right? It's easy to say customer service was great when all a company does is take your money and ship on time, but the guys at VT are frick'n awesome. My package arrived in 1 day. I'd though I made a mistake in ordering, because I received blank carts. So I emailed them. Within 20 minutes, I received a call from Kalei informing me that they were out of prefilled carts and that I should've received a bottle of e-juice with the kit. A big +1...Unlike the other guys who'd simply say "backordered" these guys chose to give away 10ml bottle that was more than the 5 prefilled carts! Okay so I was bummed I didn't get mine with my package, but here's where they go above and beyond...within a hour of talking to them, I get a call asking where I'd like it delivered. Yes, that's right they sent someone out to personally deliver a 10ml bottle of e-juice. Now I know they're local and all, but who else does that? NO ONE! They could've easily said, they'll send it out the next day or some BS like $5 off the next order, but not these guys. They really take care of their customers. A 10 out of 10 for customer service!
ETA: I forgot to add their support after the sale if just unbelieveable. I fried an atty (my fault) after 2 weeks and Kalei spent 30 minutes helping me troubleshoot it. When it was determined to be dead, and I was going to order another, he arranged a meet me to swap it out! Now that's something nobody else does. I ended up buying a spare at the same time.
Complaints/Issues:
Nothing major. I'd like to see them offer larger bottles of e-juice (yeah it's that good). Also the first order requires signature confirmation...sucks for those who aren't home when the mail arrives.
Conclusion:
It's a American company run by a real family. They know how to take care of their customers and really put time into knowing their product. Many might think being in Hawaii is a drawback, but it really is not. Hawaii is GMT-10, so if you're in the continental US, you can call them after all other's places have closed and speak to a real live person. That means with their regular hours, you can call at 3AM EST and still get someone on the line. If you choose to email, the longest they've ever taken to respond is two hours...and that's way after their normal operating schedule.
Okay, so some might be thinking you can save a few bucks buying from China or wherever else, but what is true personalized service worth to you? What value do you put on being able to talk to a native english speaker? Trust me on this, if you buy from Vapor Toker's, you won't regret it.
Plus you get to say you're hittin' a Fatty. 
Anyone who orders from them please do me a small favor and put "Mikey sent me" in the comments. I am not affiliated with the company in any way and honestly don't get anything out of it...I just want these guys to know how much I appreciate their fantastic service!

Wow thats some of the best customer service i have ever heard from any company, not just ecig companies.
