BumbleBee - what kind of goodies will be at the pet expo?
I'm a dog person. 6-1/2 year-old Chesapeake that is rescue (Odin) and an 11 month-old Weimaraner (Uli). They are my little family.

Awww! They are beautiful!!
There's a ton of stuff there. Vendors for toys, bones, treats, clothes (critter and human), reptiles, horses, alpacas, ummm ... it's just huge. They do it in a giant convention center. It takes about 2 hours to walk thorough and see everything.
Lost of rescues and SPCA shelters bring adoptables, but we aren't in the market right now, we just rescued "9" back in November (sad and horrific story) and we are still dealing with medical issues from his pervious "living" conditions. We also have Nikki (who I normally call pup, despite the fact that she is no longer a pup) who we rescued about 3 years ago (4 now? gosh, I don't remember!) pretty much on her death bed and ready to be put down. She however, has made a full recovery, and is a great, smart, very high energy dog now!!
And we have 3 cats, one of which has issues of it's own .... LOL ... my house is like the collection area for critters no one else wants!!
