Was I just complaining about 40s and rain yesterday? I take it back! I didn't mean it! Really! Rain and 40s is PERFECT weather!
They snuck a winter storm warning in on us overnight. Up to 6 inches of snow tomorrow.

Ahhh .... hump day! And last night this week for the night job.
Too bad I have a ton of stuff to do, and limited time to do it!! LOL

Yay for last night of night job, Bee!
My right ear hurts, and it hurts to swallow. Not a sore throat, but the ear and lymph nodes on the right side hurt when I swallow. I sure hope it's just a cold or ear infection and not the flu! I didn't even consider getting a flu shot because I hardly go anywhere. But I do go to the supermarket, drug store, and bank, and I guess I could even get it from someone at the golf course. Ugh. Going to take some Advil and hope it goes away!

If it gets worse or just doesn't get better go to the doctor Catmom. That is nothing to play around with....I know you like your hearing.
Yeah, I kinda need to hear to do my job, LOL. Don't worry, I've yelled at lots of people complaining of cold symptoms to GO TO THE DOCTOR! Or at least call. Tamiflu has to be taken within the first 48 hours of onset of symptoms. But I don't have a fever. No other symptoms at all. If I don't get better, I'll go. But I hate to, there are germs in the doctor's office!

I'd almost say, get there, call then and leave a number and tell them you are in your car waiting your turn and give me a buzz when it's your turn! Then hold your breath while in there or have the doctor come to you!

My poor hubby was sick several years ago. I took him to acute care, checked him in at the desk, then walked him back to the car where he slept in the back seat until they called his name and I went out to get him. By that time, he needed a wheelchair! Turned out he had pneumonia! Yeah, doctors' offices are nasty places!
The best one can do is wear a mask while there but that isn't any guarantee.
I did it once and it did work. Or at least I didn't catch anything and there was a few people in there coughing their heads off, or that looked really sick and breathing!!

DO NOT mess around with ear problems,the ladies in here know what Ive gone through with that. A slight ear infection years ago ended up with in my ear looking fine from the outside but the infection spreading from inside throughout my head. After having my skull cut open and removing all my ear parts and muscle and tissue and losing my hearing,implants,fake bones and reconstructing,it took over a year and a few surgeries and Im still deaf on that side and have severe nerve damage that causes constant pain. Dont fool around,have it checked! End rant.
Oh my goodness Keyz! I knew you'd had surgery involving your head, but didn't know what it was. I definitely won't ignore it. At the rate I'm going now, I'll probably be at the doctor's tomorrow morning. Stiff neck now too. Ugh.
