Where can I find a non bottom feeding 3.7 box mod?

If you're not specifically looking for wood box mods, I would suggest Madvapes 3.7v box mod. You can get it fully assembled ready to go(need battery), or all the parts for DIY assembly (all holes drilled), or buy all the parts seperately and DIY. I've made 5 of them and they work great.

You could get any of the wood box mods and just not use the feeder. Then you would have storage space for a 3ml bottle of juice.
