Non smoker needs information about e cig

Hello everybody,
I am not smoker but due to issue of my lungs someone recommends E CIG but i need one information that it has some side effects or not. side effect long term and short term pls in detail.

What are you hoping to achieve using an ecigarette, if you are a non smoker with lung issues? I only ask because 1) it is not a medical device, and does NOT treat any disease. 2) If you are not currently using nicotine, are you looking to start? If so, why do you feel that it would be a good option for you to start?

it would be helpful to know what problem you have with your lungs. there are some people that are allergic to the PG and there are people that are allergic to the VG. so knowing that information with out going into much detail would be helpful. I would honestly say that if you are not a smoker when why pick up the vaping habbit?

Dude you are from China? That is e-cig central! Most of the stuff is made in China; there are probably much cheaper devices where you are at than here in the States. You can buy 0mg nicotine juice since you are not trying to cut out cigs.

Most of us are coming to ecigs from regular cigs. As far as health side effects, I would say that most of us have noticed an improvement simply due to not inhaling smoke. As far as long term side effects of e-cigs, no one really knows. It is difficult to know what studies are not biased and there isn't really a firm consensus.

Why would a non smoker need to take up vaping? If it's because you have a friend or partner that does and, you simply want to, as log as your doctor says the PG and/or VG is fine for you to inhale, or even take into your mouth for the flavor but not inhale, I don't see a problem doing that with 0 nicotine liquids.

If you are going to do that, you will need a PV model that you fill yourself. An ego with a clearomizer or tank is a good starter PV for that. It's inexpensive and does better than any of the more cigarette like ones out there. Certainly not top end but, you don't need something like a Provari for a starting rig, just to see if vaping is for you or not.

Thanks to all for nice advices and recommendation.Sometime i feel difficult to breath and Vaporization help me to get better breath so i decided to use E CIG.I consult with doctor and he permit me but not nicotine but some flavored stuff.Thanks again to all kind members

You need to find another doctor. I do NOT mean to be rude in any sort of way, but using a vaporizer when your struggling for breath is a BAD idea. Your DR is WRONG! Please don't do it. Good luck and best wishes.

I'm wondering if your meaning to use a nebulizer in stead of a vaporizer. A nebulizer is a terrific device used to open the lungs and clear out gunk. Look up nebulizers ok, I have used them with great success, I just want to make sure you stay healthy.

Yeah i agree dont think the ecig would be the best for you. I would def look into nebulizers. Nebulizers and Electric cigarettes are way different, so if your having breathing problems look into them, stay away from the e cig. Good luck and i hope you get feeling better.

A second opinion at a minimum, and I think there's a part of your story we are missing. PV's and eliquid are very dehydrating, perhaps the opposite of what you may be looking for, making me think there's something missing here.

You know one of the big problems is the air quality in China. Seems lately a lot are having quite a few issues. I have friends over there and they say the quality is getting so poor that they are seeking out any way to find a way to clean their lungs out from all the gunk in the air. Maybe that's why OP was looking here for info about ecigs? I don't know that ecigs would be the answer but I searched that "nebulizer" you mentioned and that does seem like a good route to go.
