Hello
So I just have switched over from cigarettes to vaping about 10 days ago and I feel great. I never thought I would be able to give up smoking. I smoked a pack in a half a day for a long time roughly 25 years. (Menthols)
So last week I walked in a vape shop near my house and was surprised at the selection maybe a bit overwhelmed, it was a lot to take on.
Not that im a pro now not by any means but I feel I might have a better understanding of what I might want.
So the day I walked into vape shop I wound up buying a spinner 2 with a aspire mini tank and it works great way more then I was expecting and I cant really say anything bad about it but for me I think I might want something with a little more hit and and really bring out the flavor of the juice so judging on some reviews i ordered the itast v2, I figured I'd give it a shot and stick with that for a bit. It didn't come yet so I really can't give any opinion on it.

I was searching mods and tanks and I think I would like to slowly build a mod for future use. I would like to control voltage, amps and also my ohm's any suggestions on a body, battery with a digital screen.. But what I would really also like to know what's a good duel coil RDA with a decent size take and proper air flow that I can adjust I know I'm asking a lot of info but any suggestions would help. Thanks

Hi, and welcome to ECF!

Great that you've taken the plunge, and the Spinner 2 is a good device. The Aspire line gets good reviews, so a good choice there as well.

There are all sorts of good tube mods that would fit what you list, from the Vamo / Tesla / SVD / Sigelie end to devices that may break the budget, so your budget will determine which end you want :) In general, all regulated mods will have a screen. And you'll also need good batteries and charger for them. Don't cut corners on either of those items!

The coil resistance will determine the amps, within the capabilities of the battery and mod, of course. In general, you can set either the voltage (as on the Spinner) or the watts. If you have a VW device it will automatically adjust the voltage to deliver the watts you've set. The advantage to a VV or VW device is that it will let you adjust for different value coils. Factory coils come in a small range of resistance, and aren't always what they're marked, to that kind of adjustment is good to have.

I don't use drippers, so can't make any recommendations there. But for a single coil RTA the Kayfun types are pretty easy to build, most newer versions have air flow control and provide a great vape.

I would start out with Kayfun lite v2 or Eleaf Lemo, though single coil...it produces a great vape, and good flavor....if you really prefer dual coil setup, then you might look into Orchid v2/v3 clones...
The above are all rebuildable tank systems.

Here is link to start yourself on drippers, battery safety etc.
The devices might not be to your liking, but it provides a ton of info etc...
Drippers that I have bought and used, that I like and go back too...Tobh 2.5, Magma, Loki Labs Odin, and Zenith CM v2.0...
Mechanical Mods, Nemesis, Copper Stingray, and GP SS verision...on mechanical mods...there are so many I can't even keep track..
Regulated mods..take your pick..they go up to 150 watts...the only thing I can't stress is get authentic batteries for either mechanical mods or regulated..there are so many counterfeit batteries out there..
