Try to think about it from a harm reduction point of view. If you're in it for the sole purpose of saving money, you may not be able to follow through with it completely as there is a learning stage involved and also, lots of experimentation to find what suits you and all that costs money. Personally, I still have not broken even from the investment i made on PVs and finding the right juice and setup for myself. That said, I feel alot healthier from a year ago and being healthy is PRICELESS...

Congrats on deciding to quit analogs and welcome to ECF.

Absolutely switching to ecigs saves you money. However, you might spend more than you think if it becomes a hobby and you start collecting different MOD's and tanks but you do save money.

If you don't know what type of kit you need, just throw out some ideas. We'll be glad to give you our input

Good luck

Hi Kinphang, welcome :)

Many of us here has become quite obsessed with vaping, and like with any hobby, many of us spend a lot of money. My friend bought an ego c starter kit and just gets a bottle of ejuice or two for his month supply. He definitely saves a lot of money. That is not the case for me lol... While it isn't my most expensive hobby (private pilot's license ranks up there for me), it has surpassed many of my other hobbies as far as money spent (knitting, martial arts, computer games to name a few).

Either way, I am happy to see another person leaving analogs behind her/him and taking up vaping, which I believe is far more healthier.

how about Ego Twist&mini kit ? isit a mid-tier or starter kit. how do i differentiate starter kit and mid-tier. what is the component i have to look for ?

Basically a starter kit is something that is frill free that consist of everything you need to get started.
However if you know what you need, you can choose them separately.
I started off without a kit, a charger, ego twist, carto and some juice.
Now going to vv mod and rebuildable soon.

Let me tell you this that all newbies always have the misconception about. NO ejuice i repeat again No ejuice can replicate the tobacco taste. Bought usa mix from bolehland and the dude told me it was marlboro reds taste. end up taste like birdnest drink taste...

i used to smoke marl menthol lights, took a few try on the menthol ejuice to get my fave. to be honest, when it comes to ejuice, its really try and error to find which flavors suits u... i bought a few type of ejuice when i 1st start out, diff fruit and flavors, not knowing they dun have menthol. den get a menthol juice add to them and vape away, only recently found my sweet spot with which type of menthol i prefer.

just an advice, buy in small bottle to try out 1st.

vape safe.

Used to smoke viceroy menthol lights but vaping for awhile now and still haven't found a good menthol flavor, so i'm now vaping on fruity flavors like watermelon, strawberry etc. I have also tried many "tobacco" flavored juices and none really tastes like tobacco, so don't get your hopes too high on thinking that these tobacco flavored juices can actually replicate the taste when you smoke your regular analogs
