So through lots of trial and error I've landed on a setup that works very well for me. I have 2 ego 1100 mah batteries and more than a few Kanger T3 clearos (one for each flavor, all NETs) and am satisfied in all my vaping needs. But satisfied has never been enough for me. I just got a Kanger Pro Tank for home vaping, and of course I absolutely love it. That being said, I can't help but feel like the batteries I have are not ideal for the Pro Tank (and I plan on buying at least one more). I've been toying with the idea of getting a VV ego twist for awhile now, but since the batteries I have now work fine with the clearos, I'm wondering if another ego style battery is truly ideal for tank systems.

To summarize, I am looking for recommendations for the right battery to buy for my home-vaping tank needs. Any help would be extremely appreciated. Thanks in advance.

For me personally, the Protank on an EGO Style battery is a bit too top heavy. I would go with a larger device, like a Vamo, but don't see anything wrong with a VV EGO Twist when it comes to performance. I definitely think you will enjoy the ability to adjust volts regardless of which style you end up going with. The downside to larger devices is portability, but that doesn't sound like it matters to much considering you are looking for an "at home" device. That, and the Vamo can actually be shortened with a smaller battery.

Good Price on a Vamo Kit:
$51.42 Vamo-Vivi Voltage Adjustable E-Cigarette Battery Compartment Set - with Nitecore I2 US battery charger/charger cable/2*Panasonic 18650 batteries at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Both the charger and batteries included are top end.

Man, I am really torn now. The vendor I use most (they are reliable and so close to where I live that my order always arrives the next business day) has a value 1300mah ego VV twist for only $25 ( I was going to order 2) which I was completely set on, but everyone is raving about the Vamo so much now I am seriously considering the Vamo kit they offer (Vamo V2, 2 900mah 18350 batteries, a dual charger and 2 CE4 clearos) for $75. I obviously won't need the clearos, but I feel like that's still a pretty great deal since you get two batteries and a charger with it and the body itself is usually $50 just on it's own.

Is the Vamo really that much better? Part of me feels like the ego VV twists will work fine for my needs, but the other part of me says get the Vamo-- if you're going to upgrade why not get the best? What does everyone think?
