Just a quick question, as i was rewicking my mini protank 2 and laying a flavor wick on top of my coil, the question popped in my mind. Would it be possible to put a flavor wick on top of my coil in my kayfun, just a stripe of cotton bridging the original wick inside the coil from side to side without obstructing the airflow? My imagination went even wilder and wondered if i could also wrap that flavor wick around the coil itself, something like a vertical coil wicking but instead it's a horizontal coil in this case. This will definitely not work with bunny ears method, but i usually wet my wicks and push them to the sides of the deck.

It's possible to do, but generally doesn't help much. If you want to experiment with more wicking along the same lines as a flavor wick, some people like to use cotton around the edges of the chimney to bridge between the two sides of the wick. Here's an example of someone doing it with the Lemo (which is pretty similar to the kayfun) that should get you started.
