I have my eGo that i got on Saturday. I have a standard atomizer, a LR atomizer, and a cartomizer. I have some Vaporbomb Cafe Mocha in the standard, and the LR and the carto have some caramel candy. I've been switching each one out throughout the past couple of days. Just trying to get a feel for which way I prefer to vape. For the atomizers I have been using an empty cart and dripping 2-4 drops in and then vaping that till it starts to taste a little funny then adding another drop or two onto the attys.
I went to put the standard atty on with the cafe mocha after vaping the carto. I was just kind of curious so I put the atty on and hit the button while looking into the atty. I only did it for a couple seconds. I saw vapor but no "cherry." I put a couple drops on and tried it out and it doesn't really have that good of a flavor. I took the cart off and looked down in there while pressing the button again for a couple of seconds and same thing, a little vapor, but no cherry. It also kind of makes a slight popping sound, and sounds like its chugging in a way.
I'm sure I'll hear about this, about how this "dry burn" I am doing is going to ruin my atty's. I'm willing to learn my lessons, but just curious if I am doing something totally wrong. Is it flooded? Should I clean it out and try again? I did that with my new attys, ran hot water through them and did the dry burn technique on this forum and the cherry was noticable. Is everything alright, and I just can't see the cherry because of gunk buildup from the juice?
