Good news - if it's growing with use it's gooey leftover burnt juice. That seems like quite a bit so possibly it's pretty thick. If you search for carto cleaning there are a lot of good tips. My way is to soak in vodka for 15 min with a condom on the battery end, then blow it out through the battery end, repeat until vodka comes out clean, then repeat with hot water. Search on ECF for Taryn spin - it's a great way to let centrifugal force get the moisture out. I then set it battery end down on top of a light bulb to dry it in about 15 minutes; others bake them etc. It's important to make sure it's fully dry before refilling.

Whenever my draw gets tight I overfill a little and then blow the excess out. What comes out of the battery end is the dark partially burnt stuff. Thinner juices cause less of a problem, I guess because they vaporize more thoroughly.

But I have not let it get dry at all. filled up long before empty.

All it takes is One Small Air Pocket around the Atomizer Wire and the Temperature can Skyrocket.

Cartos are cheap. I would toss it. Once the Filler gets Burnt it's hard to get that Chared Marshmellow taste out of a Carto.

BTW - This is the Reason I switched to Filler-Less CE2 Cartos. I pulled apart 7 or 8 Filler-Type Cartos one day and about half of them were Burnt inside.

One other thing, those tubes have a tendency to crack even without having removed it. It's due to the heat. BD 3ml syringes fit the connector perfectly but only BD brand will fit it. Search on amazon for them. Cut the syringe tube to the length you need and put it on. Most of the time, the tube will give out before the carto dies so having some of the syringes on hand will save you some money in the long run. I have 2 of them that I've been using for 3 months but I had to replace the tubes.

OK I took the clear plastic part off, as seen in the video and the mesh fabric thingy got unwrapped. There are small holes in it though. Should I through this baby away? I am afraid it might kill my battery?

Are you talking about the little diaper fabric pieces that go around each coil? If so, that's not uncommon since most of us vape faster than our juice can wick. They're cheap enough to just toss and not worry with all of the cleaning involved but that's up for you to decide. I used to clean everything but now it really depends on the juice, type of carto, and whether or not I feel like messing with them. If you got 4 days out of it, toss it and use a new one. That's $2, or there abouts, versus what you smoked over a period of 4 days. If you do the math, they aren't worth the hassle.

I don't think those Holes were caused by Termites. Does it look Burnt?

I would just toss it and move one.
