Northener Ripped Me Off

Did anyone order from Northener?

I did five weeks ago, and considering they never delivered, I won't be ordering from them ever again.

I ordered 20 boxes of Stonewalls. So far no reply to my email.

Anyway, I need a better supplier. Any suggestions?

You could be right. Or maybe the mailman is enjoying my stuff.

Ask for proof of shipment, then go from there. If you charged on a credit card, or used paypal, you may be able to reverse the transaction.

That's odd. I've ordered there before and they usually reply in a day or two. I usually buy stonewalls from lilbrown. com and buy snus from snuscentral.

Are you actually in China? I'd check with them again. I know it can take some time getting stuff from China into the US, not sure how they ship them.

contact customer service they are very helpful. once they sent me the wrong cans and they sent me the ones I wanted free of charge and did not make me return the wrong ones (even tho I even offered to). so the point is they are very helpful, just give em a call and I am sure they will work it out. but like others said the problem may be with customs in which case there is nothing that they can do.

I have ordered from Northerner in the past, but i live in the US (you say you are in china). As another user posted, although I live in the US, I order from SnusCentral. They have better prices. Also, They don't charge me tax, I pay it later on my own (I swear, I really do)!
