Hi! I just wanted to put in a good word for Northwest Vapors (nwvapors.com) I am a fairly new vaper and they have been extremely patient and helpful in answering any kinds of questions I have had. I've called a number of times and spoken with Bill on the phone. He's always been knowledgeable and willing to share. I was needing to upgrade out of my "beginner" e-cig and he made excellent recommendations. Their customer service is excellent. I recently had a Very minor issue with a piece of hardware that I was asking about and Bill said, "let me send you a new one," which Greatly exceeded my expectations. In addition, they ship incredibly quickly. I usually get my packages from Northwest faster than any other vendor even though they are in Oregon and I'm in Massachusetts. As a "newbie," it's good to have someone (in addition to ECF) who can help with the some of the complexities of vaping. ~Zorg
