Nosebleeds-- PG intolerance or just a side effect?

So, I’ve been having nosebleeds. Nothing serious, but the inside of my nose is constantly sore and irritated, there’s always blood when I blow my nose, and sometimes a few minutes of nosebleed after. It started after I started vaping PG containing juices, mostly the tobacco sampler pack from Halo. And I’m hoping that’s not it, because I love the Halo juices! But for the first month, I was exclusively vaping a couple VG-only e-liquids from JC’s Red Oak line, and I didn’t have any problems at all. The nosebleeds didn’t start until I was vaping PG.

And, no, it’s not a smoking cessation thing-- I’m the weird vaper who was never really a smoker. I started vaping new. I do have wretched seasonal allergies (which are only now starting to be problematic in my area), but I’ve never gotten nosebleeds with them before.

So is this a PG intolerance? Or could it be Halo-specific? I think they have some secret ingredient for boosting their throat hit on low-nic juices. If it’s PG, will it get better, or worse, with time? Is this something where I just need to suck it up and deal if I want to vape PG containing juices? I'm planning to keep experimenting with different e-liquids and see if I notice a difference, but if this is something other people have run into, I'd love to know what to expect.

ETA: I'm pretty sure it's not a hydration thing, either. I'm very conscientious about keeping hydrated when I'm vaping. This doesn't seem related to dry mouth or any other symptoms of dehydration, and I've tried nasal sprays, and even gels, without any improvement.

2corbies, have you checked Health, Safety and Vaping? This topic comes up all the time.

I had looked at that forum a while back, and didn't find anything that specifically answered my question within the first few pages. I'll dig deeper. Though, this thread would probably be better placed in that subforum-- doesn't look like I can move it there, so I'll keep it here unless one of the mods chooses to move or close it.
